Return & Refund Policy

- Product(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase*
- Product(s) must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached*
- Product(s) must be returned in re-usable packaging if received in re-usable bag†
- We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
- Exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase*
- For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
- Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned our way (NOT a Balanced item) will be the responsibility of the sender, not Balanced. We’ll always do our very best to help out, but unfortunately can’t make any promises!
- Product(s) with Pet Hair / Human Hair will be denied for a return.
- Product(s) with stains such as Deodorant, lipstick and other will be denied for return.
- Product(s) with strong odor smell such as smoke, cologne, detergent will be denied for return.
- Promotion, Discounted, BOGO and other related sale items will be final sale and will not qualify for a return / exchange.

* US is currently the only country that we offer FREE Returns / Exchanges. We are working on being able to provide Free Returns / Exchanges to the rest of the world, so keep an eye out for that.
