    • Product(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase*
    • Product(s) must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached*
    • Product(s) must be returned in re-usable packaging if received in re-usable bag†
    • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
    • Exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase*
    • For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
    • Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned our way (NOT a Balanced item) will be the responsibility of the sender, not Balanced. We’ll always do our very best to help out, but unfortunately can’t make any promises!
    • Product(s) with Pet Hair / Human Hair will be denied for a return.
    • Product(s) with stains such as Deodorant, lipstick and other will be denied for return.
    • Product(s) with strong odor smell such as smoke, cologne, detergent will be denied for return.
    • Promotion, Discounted, BOGO and other related sale items will be final sale and will not qualify for a return / exchange.


    • * US is currently the only country that we offer FREE Returns / Exchanges. We are working on being able to provide Free Returns / Exchanges to the rest of the world, so keep an eye out for that.

    • † We are transitioning to re-usable bags. If your item didn't come in a re-usable bag you can return your item back in the original packaging it came in.
